At KidsBooksLLC.com, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for both physical books and digital products.


1. Physical Books & Merchandise

Refunds for physical items may be issued within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The book arrived damaged

  • The book has printing errors or missing pages

  • The wrong item or wrong version was shipped

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Not eligible for refunds:

  • Books returned after 30 days

  • Books damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Final-sale or clearance items

If eligible:

You may receive:

  • A replacement copy

  • A full refund

  • Or store credit, depending on your preference


2. Digital Products (PDFs, eBooks, Printables)

Digital items are delivered instantly, so refunds follow stricter guidelines.

A refund may be approved only if:

  1. The file could not be downloaded and

  2. Our support team could not resolve the issue

Once a digital file has been successfully downloaded, refunds cannot be issued.

This applies to:

  • PDF books

  • Activity sheets

  • Digital storybooks

  • Coloring pages

  • Printable educational materials


3. Duplicate or Incorrect Purchases

If you accidentally bought:

  • The same item twice

  • The wrong version of a product

Contact us within 7 days, and we will:

  • Exchange it for the correct product, or

  • Issue a refund if the item has not been used or downloaded


4. Return Shipping (Physical Items Only)

KidsBooksLLC pays return shipping if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was sent

  • The print quality is defective

Customer pays return shipping if:

  • They ordered the wrong item

  • They changed their mind

  • The book is not defective


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 3–10 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once completed


6. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Email used for the purchase

  • The product you want refunded

  • A short explanation (and photos for damaged items)

7. Unauthorized Charges / Billing Issues

If you notice an unauthorized charge:

  • We can resolve most issues quickly

  • Filing a chargeback before contacting us may slow down your refund process
