1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged,
defective, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, we will work with you to make it right.
This Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for both
physical products (books, manuals, merchandise) and
digital products (downloads, games, templates, WordPress plugins/themes, ZIP files).
2. Physical Products (Books, Manuals & Merchandise)
2.1 Eligible Returns
You may return physical products within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item arrived damaged or misprinted
- You received the wrong item
- The item was lost in transit
- You are not satisfied with the quality
2.2 Condition Requirements
Returned items should be:
- In original condition (except for damage that happened during shipping)
- With original packaging (if applicable)
2.3 Return Shipping
- If the issue is our error (damaged, wrong item, defective), we cover return shipping costs.
- If you simply change your mind, you may be responsible for return shipping.
2.4 Refunds for Physical Items
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Digital Products (Downloads, HTML5 Games, WordPress Plugins/Themes, ZIP Files)
3.1 All Digital Sales Are Final
Because digital items cannot be “returned,” all digital purchases are non-refundable
once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
3.2 Exceptions (Full Refund Granted)
We will provide a refund for digital products if:
- The file is corrupted or will not open
- The product is clearly not as described on the product page
- You purchased the wrong version by mistake (for example, Lite vs Pro)
- The product fails to activate with a valid license key
- You received a duplicate charge
3.3 Guaranteed Fix Policy
If anything doesn’t work as promised, we will:
- Repair, replace, or re-issue the file
- At no extra cost
- Typically within 48 hours of your report
If we are unable to fix the issue, you will receive a full refund.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Misprinted or damaged physical items
- Wrong items received
Digital items may be exchanged (when possible) for:
- Store credit toward another product
- A different version of the product (for example, Lite → Pro)
5. Order Cancellations
- Physical orders may be canceled before shipment.
- Digital orders may be canceled before download or access begins.
If the product has already shipped or been downloaded, cancellation may not be available.
