📦 KidsBooksLLC – Shipping Policy

At KidsBooksLLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality children’s books quickly, safely, and affordably. Our goal is to make sure every child receives their books in perfect condition.
📘 Order Processing
All orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.
High-volume seasons (holidays, school events, promotions) may extend processing time by 1–2 days.
📦 Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
Standard Shipping:
Delivery in 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping:
Delivery in 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping:
Delivery in 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
🌎 International Shipping
KidsBooksLLC ships worldwide.
International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days.
Customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
📨 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
📚 Packaging
We package every book securely using:
Protective book mailers
Bubble wrap (for bundles)
Reinforced cardboard envelopes
We want your book to arrive undamaged, clean, and ready to read.
📕 Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
KidsBooksLLC is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” but not received.
However, we will help contact the carrier to attempt recovery.
📍 Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address.
KidsBooksLLC is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us, the customer may need to pay re-shipping fees.
